If you choose IN STORE PICKUP and are not local we will invoice you for the shipping of your item! If you choose In Store Pickup and are local you will have 14 days to come get your item before it is restocked!
Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to be processed and shipped!
If you choose expedited shipping we will do our best to honor that, however we cannot guarantee the time frame which it will arrive or control the post office!
We cannot control if your package is lost or stolen, once it has left our facility we are no longer responsible for it!
If you address is entered incorrectly and the package goes to that address we are not responsible for returns or refunds of that item

If you receive a damaged or defective item that is unworn, unwashed and has the tags in the original location please contact us within 3 days to have it taken care of.

All returns must be approved before they are accepted back, no stains, pet hair, smell, ect
Returned shoe boxes must be undamaged! Shoe boxes cannot be the main shipping source back to us, they must go in a separate envelope or package!
If not back within the stated time frame an email invoice will be sent back to you for shipping.
Defective items- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item please get in contact with us within 3 days of receiving your item via facebook, Instagram or email and we will help you get it taken care of!
Incorrect or missing items- Please contact us within 3 days of getting your package to let us know of any missing or incorrect items so we can get it taken care of asap for you!
